With over 20 years working across the the public, private and third sectors I have a broad range of experience.

My passion is supporting organisations to drive social impact, delivering outcomes for people from disadvantaged backgrounds.  Helping businesses see the value of recruiting and retaining talent from a more diverse pool of candidates is what gets me out of bed in the morning.

I believe everyone should have access to Good Work” and that organisations should be striving to support the communities they operate in and recruit from.
